Welcome to BeBoom Sport, a mobile application designed to provide hockey training and workout programs. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the BeBoom Sport mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by our team. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, then you may not access the Service.

BeBoom Sport is a mobile application that provides hockey players with training programs, workout routines, fitness tracking, and related educational content. The Service includes but is not limited to:

Important: The fitness and training programs provided through BeBoom Sport are for educational and informational purposes only. Before beginning any exercise program, you should consult with your physician or other healthcare provider. You acknowledge that:

Physical exercise involves inherent risks of injury
You participate in any training programs at your own risk
You should discontinue exercise if you feel faint, dizzy, or experience pain
The app is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
We are not responsible for any injuries that may occur as a result of using our training programs

6. User Content

Our Service may allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
